Mars Williams, saxophonist for The Waitresses and The Psychedelic Furs, has passed away at the age of 68.
Williams played with multiple bands throughout his career and also led fusion ensemble Liquid Soul.
He was a respected figure in the jazz and rock communities, collaborating with a wide range of musicians. [ more ]
